Do dark clouds always have a silver lining? I’m somewhat skeptical. Well, it looks like I’m going to be out of commission for awhile due to a muscle injury. I’m in store for at least a few weeks of physical therapy with self-imposed limited outdoor activity to avoid re-injury. What a bummer! Hopefully things will heal before fall songbird migration kicks in at the end of August. Since I won’t be in the field taking photographs, I’ll likely not have much new blog content to share in the short term. Anyway, how about these awesome mammatus clouds over Middleton last evening? There was a beautiful rainbow after the storm had moved through.
