This is a fun Moon photographic project, but it requires a bit setup to pull it off.
The Gear:
Polar aligned Celestron 8" SCT (for the clock drive).
Nikon 1 V1 + 18.5mm + Swarovski ATX 85 (piggyback).
The Exposure:
10.0 sec; f5.0; ISO 100; Manual; Pattern metering.
